What are the interest rates on Lava?

Lava offers the lowest fixed interest rates in the industry for bitcoin-backed loans. Interest rates are currently 5%. Your interest is automatically added to your principal balance and compounded daily. Lava's line of credit does not require regular payments, but you can make a payment towards your balance at any time.

A 2% capital charge assessed on your max annual outstanding balance is applied to your line of credit each year. Interest does not accrue on this capital charge during the year.
